Portland Ovations brings the Olivier Award-nominated Potted Potter to Merrill Auditorium for two performances Wednesday, October 2nd and Thursday, October 3rd with both performances starting at 7pm.

Playing to sold-out houses all over the world, Potted Potter - The Unauthorized Harry Experience - A Parody by Dan and Jeff takes on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books (and a real life game of Quidditch) into seventy hilarious minutes. Chosen as a New York Times Critic's Pick, everyone agrees, even if you don't know the difference between a horcrux and a Hufflepuff, Potted Potter will have you roaring with laughter. Written and performed by two-time Olivier Award-nominated actors Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, Potted Potter is perfect for ages six to Dumbledore (who is very old indeed).

Tickets for Potted Potter range from $36 to $54 for Ovations' Members and from $40 to $60 for the general public. Seating is limited as only the Orchestra and Terrace sections of Merrill Auditorium are opened for these performances. Top priced seats are located in the "Quidditch Zone." To purchase tickets, visit www.portlandovations.org, contact PortTIX at 207-842-0800 or stop by the box office window at Merrill Auditorium.
