Women In Theatre (WIT) seeks nominations for individuals (men and women) and/or organizations, groups and theatres who have demonstrated extensive support and involvement in the live theatrical arts throughout greater Los Angeles. This applies administratively, creatively, educationally, promotionally and philanthropically in service to a wide range of the live performing arts from acting to administration, comedy to construction, dance to design, puppetry to poetry and more. A secondary consideration (not required, but a plus) is demonstrated support for increasing the opportunities for women in the live performing arts. The 2009 Red Carpet Awards Luncheon will be held Saturday October 17 at The Castaway in Burbank.

Nominations must be in written form and postmarked by June 1, 2009 and mailed to --Women In Theatre, Red Carpet Awards, 11684 Ventura Blvd. #444, Studio City, CA 91604. Nomination submissions should include--
