Vanessa Marano Joins Brendan Robinson in L.A. Run of Hit Hollywood Fringe Play PLEDGE

Brendan Robinson ("Pretty Little Liars") and Vanessa Marano ("Gilmore Girls", "Switched at Birth") will be appearing in Paul Shoulberg's play, "Pledge" directed by Stan Zimmerman ("Right Before I Go.", "The Golden Girls"). Presented by Pop-Up Playhouse, this six character ensemble piece deals with fraternity life and the hazards of hazing.
The show runs only four weekends (12 performances), previewing Friday January 12@ 8pm and opening Saturday January 13. The play runs at The Dorie Theatre @The Complex on Hollywood's Theatre Row Fridays & Saturdays @8pm and Sundays @ 5pm. The show closes Sunday Febuary 4. Brendan Robinson has previous appeared in two of Zimmerman's past theatre productions, the highly acclaimed comedy, "Meet & Greet", which ran for five months at the Elephant Theatre, and the Encore winner, "Suicide Notes: In Their Own Words". Vanessa Marano worked with Zimmerman as well, on the cult television hit "Gilmore Girls". Elijah Nelson ("Crazy Ex- Girlfriend") also joins the cast, along with Alex Dyon, Kevin Clough, and Artie O'Daly, who all appeared in "Pledge" at Hollywood Fringe Festival this past summer.
"Pledge" will be performed at the Dorie Theatre@The Complex - 6476 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90038.
Running time is 70 minutes. Tickets are $20 online/$25 at the door, with comps available for members of the press upon request.
