US Tour of PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Extends Through Oct. 31

By:

The US tour of The Phantom of the Opera is coming to an end, and the final performance has been announced for October at Los Angeles' Pantages Theater. The run at Pantages Theater will begin September 23 and run through October 31.

The Phantom of the Opera is based on Gaston Leroux's classic novel and tells the story of Christine, an aspiring young opera singer who believes she has found her "Angel of Music" in the mysterious Phantom of the Opera, a disfigured man who lives within the theater. Conflict rises when the Phantom discovers that a young man named Raoul is his competitor for Christine's affections.

The tour stars Tim Martin Gleason as the Phantom, Trista Moldovan as Christine and Sean MacLaughlin as Raoul.

The Pantages Theater opened on June 4, 1930, and has, in the past, been the home of the Academy Awards Presentations. For more information about this venue, please click here.
