Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins - the most popular classical-crossover singer in the UK - is set to conquer the hearts of America with the June 15th release of her US debut CD "BELIEVE" on 143/Reprise Records. With over four million CDs sold in the UK, Jenkins kicks off her promotional blitz in the US with a performance on the Today Show where she will be accompanied by "BELIEVE's" producer, the legendary David Foster.

Jenkins "Believe" CD features a duet with Andrea Bocelli as well as a performance of Evanescence's "Bring Me To Life", Sarah McLachlan's "Angel", the beautiful standard "La Vie en Rose" and a breathtaking version of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's new song "Love Never Dies". The stunning 29-year old former model and music teacher performed last week on the PBS Memorial Day Show which was broadcast across the country live from the Great Lawn in Washington DC.

"With "Believe", I've made the album that I am most proud of and I think it will take away the barrier that sometimes makes classical music a little intimidating to people," she concluded.

Foster, a 15-time Grammy winner, who most recently produced multi-platinum No. 1 selling artists Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, Seal and Andrea Bocelli raved, "I hope America is ready... I don't know that there's ever been an artist who has all the ingredients of talent, beauty, stage presence and authenticity in one package. Katherine's voice is unforgettable and nothing can stop this train. And who would want to anyway."
