Towne Street Theatre announces the line up for its 4th Annual Ten Minute Play Festival slated for February, 2011 at the Stella Adler Theater in Hollywood. The twelve p
This year's plays come from a diverse group of playwrights who range in age, gender, ethnicity and geographic location.
