Stone Brewing Co. Donates to Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation

By:

Stone Brewing Co. may be known as the largest brewery in Southern California, yet their support towards other local businesses is monumental. This first quarter - January through March 2015 - the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation has been selected as the donation recipient of Stone Brewing Co.'s beer tours. Of every brewery tour admission, Stone Brewing Co. will donate $1 to the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to entertaining, educating and enriching the community through powerful, live performances.

Named "Best California Brewery," Stone Brewing Co. has become the local favorite when it comes to craft beer. Even though they are considered the county's largest craft brewery, Stone Brewing is a humble supporter of local businesses, proudly making donations to their community each year. Regarding their community outreach, Stone Brewing states, "we focus our philanthropic efforts primarily on local groups so that our money goes back to the community where we live and work." When selecting their donation recipient for the first quarter in 2015, it was no surprise the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation was on their list. "Stone Brewing is a proud supporter of the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, and for everything it does to improve our community."

The Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation is a 25 year old non-profit organization that offers professional performing arts events, including concerts, dance performances, theater productions, and a children's theater series. The Foundation operates through a special partnership with the City of Poway and the Poway Unified School District.

Visit our website at www.powayarts.org for more information on our community outreach, and www.StoneBrewing.com/tours for more information on beer tours.
