Rob Bell's WHAT'S A KNUCKA to Receive Staged Reading Rob Bell, New York Times Best Selling Author, one of TIME Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2011, Host of the RobCast-named Best of 2015 Podcast by iTunes, has written a surreal story of four mountain climbers obsessed with being the first to reach the top of the mountain only to discover that the peak is actually the lowest part, metaphorically of course. It's a absurd world of lisps, slights, energy bars with adverse side affects and that insatiable need to get a photo of yourself on top of the world.

Tony-nominated Kristin Hanggi (Rock of Ages, Clueless) will direct. She says, "This play is a hilarious parable about ambition - at one moment you are laughing at the zaniness of the characters, and the next you are profoundly hit by the play's unassuming truth."
Other cast members include Eric Petersen (Bway's Escape from Margaritaville, School of Rock: The Musical, Peter and the Starcatchers) Mitch Rouse (Strangers with Candy, According to Jim), Sunkrish Bala (The Walking Dead, Castle), Leah Sprecher (Blackish, Maron), Jeremy Rabb (Grey's Anatomy), Havilland Stilwell (Bway's Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables), Cate Cohen (Silicon Valley, Masters of Sex), Matt Harris (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), and Lyssa Mandel (High Maintenance).

Performances will September 15th, 16th, & 17th at the Greenway Court Theater in Los Angeles. For more information, or tickets go to https://robbell.com/portfolio/whats-a-knucka/
