Phantom Projects Theatre Group, which brings live theatre to Southern California Audiences through a series at its home base at The La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, has announced its 16th Season, featuring a timeless classic and after a 6 year absence, the Southern California return of Rick Miller and his one-man show, MacHomer: The Simpsons Do Macbeth

November 30, 2011: The Crucible
Written by Arthur Miller Directed by Janet Miller
Arthur Miller's timeless tragedy of a young girl whose accusations against innocent townspeople hold an entire community hostage. Inspired by the McCarthy hearings and based on the Salem witch trials of 1692, this exciting drama about the Puritan purge of witchcraft in old Salem is both a gripping historical play and a timely parable of our contemporary society.

February 16, 2012: MacHomer

This is the only project of its kind that puts 5 strangers together with just 14 days to create, produce, and present an evening of original theatre, music, dance, film, and much more. Each year, The Young Artist Project finds the brightest and best young performers to give you the opportunity to see the stars of tomorrow, on our stage today.
