The 24 Hour Plays has also announced that Gigi's Hollywood will be the exclusive sponsor of the afterparty. Gigi's is a modern French California bistro that opened in Hollywood's Media District in 2020. Hailed by Eater as one of Hollywood's most beautiful restaurants, Gigi's was built by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi and is known for its signature cocktails, delicious food and vintage hotel bar vibes.

“We're thrilled to partner with Gigi's Hollywood to celebrate an extraordinary cast and creative team at The 24 Hour Plays Los Angeles afterparty," said artistic director Mark Armstrong and managing director Madelyn Paquette. Monday's show promises an unforgettable evening, onstage and off. We're enormously grateful to everyone who's come together to help us build community across many parts of the vibrant arts and entertainment scene in Los Angeles.”

Actors, writers, directors and production staff will gather on the evening of September 22 for a fast-paced meet-and-greet which serves as the creative fuel for the next 24 hours. Overnight, the writers create six new plays, and in the morning, the actors and directors return, along with production staff, to begin a rapid-fire rehearsal and tech process that leads right up until the curtain rises on The 24 Hour Plays: Los Angeles at 7pm on September 23.
