Leo Rising Theatre Co. Presents THREE SISTERS By Anton Chekhov ImageLeo Rising Theatre Company's inaugural production of "Three Sisters" by Anton Chekhov, translated by Sarah Ruhl, follows a family searching for the meaning of life. Ruhl's beautiful translation is one weekend only, April 14th and 15th at the Art of Acting Studio in West Hollywood. This classic will explore how quickly one can go from tears to uncontrollable laughter.

Discover the humor and heartbreak of one of the world's greatest plays, revealed through the lyricism of a leading voice in contemporary theatre: Sarah Ruhl. Her language makes Three Sisters more modern and universal. The Prozorov family go through a series of changes at the turn of the century in Russia. The characters experience what it means to be alive over the course of several years.

Featuring: Kate Zolezzi as Irina, Emmy Newman as Masha, Tess O'Sullivan as Olga, Christopher Dietrick as Vershinin, Misha Parfenoff as Andrei, Sean Cowhig as Tuzenbach, Nick Bonanno as Kulygin, Joseph Klink as Solyony, Marisol Casariego as Natasha, Adrian Van Der Valk as Chebutykin, Carlee Wilson as Anfisa, Kailer Scopacasa as Ferapont, Patrick Praxel as Fedotik, Chris Mariano as Rode

Directed by Jenn O'Brien, stage managed by Madison Young and Natalie Rea-Wilson, costume design by Adrian Van Der Valk, lighting and sound design by Patrick Praxel and Madison Young.
