LA City College Announces Free Concerts

Dr. Dan Wanner, Chair of the Music Department at Los Angeles City College, has announced the Department of Music will present 13 free concerts as part of their 2008 Evening Concert Series. All concerts will be held in Clausen Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m., located in the Music Building on the second floor of Clausen Hall, on the Los Angeles City College campus, 855 North Vermont Avenue (between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue), Hollywood, CA  90029.

-      Evening of Chamber Music:  Friday, May 16, 2008
-      Singers & Songs:  Monday, May 19, 2008
-      Choir & Chamber Chorale:  Tuesday, May 20, 2008
-      Orchestra & Percussion:  Wednesday, May 21, 2008
-      Faculty Recital & Scholarship Fundraiser:  Friday, May 23, 2008 (Suggested Donation is $5 per person)
-      Singers Showcase II:  Wednesday, May 28, 2008
