The Los AngeLes Children's Chorus (LACC) showcases its elite Chamber Singers with four of its esteemed alumni - now celebrated emerging artists - at a special Holiday Salon Concert, conducted by Artistic Director Anne Tomlinson, on Sunday, December 19, 2010, 4 p.m., at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion's Salon C. The festive event, which also includes a pre-concert dessert and sparkling wine reception, features Ariadne Greif, soprano (LACC '04); Albert Wonjae Pae, flute (LACC '03); his brother, Andrew Wonjun Pae, piano (LACC '02); and Adrienne Pardee, soprano (LACC '00). The eclectic program includes the Chamber Singers performing Sing All Ye Joyful by Kirke Meachem, the Canadian folksong Frobischer Bay, and the Ukrainian choral piece Carol of the Bells. Andrew Pae plays Beethoven's Variations in E Flat Major, Op.35 "Eroica." Albert Pae, accompanied by his brother Andrew, performs Theobald Boehm's Grande Polonaise for Flute and Piano and Henry Mancini's comedic "Pie in the Face Polka" from his score for the film The Great Race.
