One of the most beloved annual Hollywood Bowl traditions continues when composer/conductor John Williams returns to lead the Los Angeles Philharmonic in The Music of the Movies, Friday and Saturday, August 27 and 28, at 8:30 p.m. The concerts feature music from the Golden Age of Hollywood, plus Star Wars, Jaws, Indiana Jones and more.

In the world of film music, there is no more recognized voice than the incomparable John Williams, whose celebrated scores make moviegoers cheer, bring them to tears and keep them on the edge of their seats. In the more than 30 years since his Bowl debut, multiple Academy Award-winner Williams has changed the course of modern-day film with his memorable music scores.
