JERSEY BOYS' Jeff Leibow Honored At The 61st Annual Stairway-of-the-Stars
Jeff Leibow of JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas will be honored at the 61st Annual Stairway-of-the-Stars concert at Santa Monica-Unified School District on March 25 and 26. Leibow, who graduated from the Santa Monica High School music program, is the 2010 Stairway Honor Award Recipient for his achievements as a successful dancer, actor, musician and singer who now makes his living in the arts. Leibow currently stars as Nick Massi in JERSEY BOYS at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas. Several of his regional credits include performing in The Last 5 Years, Putting It Together and Smokey Joe's Café.
The 61st Annual Stairway-of-the-Stars Concert will take place on March 25 & 26, 2010 in the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The concert will be performed by over 1,000 students from Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District.
For more than 60 years, the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has produced an annual musical extravaganza to share the music education programs in the community. There are approximately 1,000 student performers who will take part in the two-night concert. Orchestras, choirs, honor and jazz bands featuring children of all ages will participate in the annual concert.
