I, CALIGULA: AN INSANITY MUSICAL Premieres at Secret Rose Theatre, 8/3

Nouvelle Adaptation Productions in association with the Secret Rose Theatre present I, CALIGULA : An Insanity Musical. This world premiere musical has book/lyrics and direction by Kai Cofer, and music/orchestrations and musical direction by Cody T. Gillette. The show will run from August 3 – August 26.

When a group of inmates, confined to a mental asylum, attempt to mount a musical production of the story of Caligula, mayhem ensues in the form of a comical Greek tragedy. The inmates "real" lives parallel and intermingle in unexpected ways with the lives of the characters they portray. This nouvelle musical is passionate, provocative, insane and yet - funny.

The cast features Kevin Dalbey, Kelly Derouin, Carissa Gipprich, Elizabeth Harmetz, Scott Levin, Meredith Overcash, Dory Schultz, and Joshua Shaw.
