Golden Age Theater Offers Complimentary Photos with Celebrity Actors
The Golden Age Theater located in Hollywood (Sycamore and Hollywood Blvd), just a block west of the Grauman's Chinese Theatre, has implemented free photos of guests with celebrity performers. The Stories from the Golden Age Series of adventures, mysteries, science fiction, fantasy and western stories written in the 1930s and '40s by L. Ron Hubbard. (http://www.goldenagetheater.com) take place at the Golden Age Theater every Saturday night. Weekly top bill actors include such celebrity performers as Martin Kove (Karate Kid), Bruce Boxleitner (Tron), Robert Towers (Curious Case of Benjamin Button), Elizabeth Moss (Mad Men), John Francis Daley (Bones) and Phil Proctor (The Firesign Theatre).
The Golden Age Theater has received CBS Radio's highest four-star rating. Contributing Arts and Entertainment Critic, Todd David Schwartz, gave the shows "FOUR STARS (Highest Rating) [for] Southern California's most refreshingly unique entertainment experience."
The Saturday night performances recreate "the sensations of old-time radio, compellingly crafted tales by award-winning writer L. Ron Hubbard," said Schwartz.
"Offering photos of guests with the performing actors has really been popular," said Joni Labaqui from Author Services. "It's a real treat for visitors to have a shot with such famous actors as Martin Kove or Bruce Boxleitner."

Stories from the Golden Age contains 153 stories all written by Hubbard during the 1930s and 1940s-in genres ranging from Mystery to Thriller, Science Fiction and Fantasy to Adventure and Western, using his own and fifteen pen names-widely considered America's Golden Age of Fiction. The print version of each work includes the pulp fiction artwork that originally accompanied the story in magazine publication. In addition, each title offers a full-cast, unabridged audio theatrical presentation complete with theme music and sound effects.
