Former Mouseketeer Lindsey Alley Stars in BLOOD, SWEAT & MOUSEKETEARS at The Cavern Club Tonight

By:

Former Mouseketeer and musical theatre & club favorite Lindsey Alley is thrilled to present the Los Angeles premiere of her all-new show, BLOOD, SWEAT & MOUSEKETEARS for ONE NIGHT ONLY, tonight, June 10 at the Cavern Club Theatre at Casita Del Campo, 1920 Hyperion Ave. in Silverlake.

During this memorable evening of booze, belting and belly laughs, Lindsey takes us on a comedic musical journey...and her hilarious quest for the elusive "Happily Ever After." Along the way, she sings some fabulous songs (including those Disney favorites that tug at your heartstrings), and spills some unforgettable stories (what Justin and Britney are really like!). Brace yourself, as Lindsey puts her Disney image on the shelf and lets it all hang out...prompting her mother's unsolicited stock apology, "I tried. I tried and I failed!" Having played all over the country, as well as internationally, she has appeared everywhere from The Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City, The Blue Moon in Rehoboth Beach, The Orlando Cabaret Festival and the world-famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles.

LINDSEY ALLEY has been performing in theatre, television and film since the age of six. In 1989, Lindsey was cast as a Mouseketeer on the Disney Channel's "All New Mickey Mouse Club," performing alongside Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling and Keri Russell. She was one of only three cast members to appear in the pilot and all seven seasons of the show.

On Broadway, Lindsey covered the role of Older Helen in Hollywood Arms (written by Carol Burnett and directed by Harold Prince). In 2006, her one-woman show, "Look Ma...No Ears" ran for six weeks at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City. Regionally, Lindsey's starring credits include Legally Blonde, Let's Misbehave, Ruthless, Shear Madness, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying, Proof, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change and Paper Moon (with Gregory Harrison and Christine Ebersole). Recently, Lindsey received an LA Ovation nomination for her hilarious performance in the World Premiere of the musical, Having It All. Film and television credits include: "How I Met Your Mother," "I Didn't Do It," "Bedtime Stories" (with Adam Sandler and Keri Russell), "Company Retreat" (directed by Campbell Scott), "B.L. Stryker" (with Burt Reynolds and Ossie Davis), "Earnest Saves Christmas," "The E! True Hollywood Story: Mickey Mouse Club" and her original, hit web series, "On the Patio" at www.onthepatiotv.com. Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and the William Esper Studio in New York City.

BLOOD, SWEAT & MOUSEKETEARS will perform ONE NIGHT ONLY on Tuesday, June 10 at 8:00pm at the Cavern Club Theatre at Casita Del Campo, 1920 Hyperion Ave. in Silverlake. Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door and can be purchased online at www.brownpapertickets.com.
