Craig Pomranz Comes To Palm Desert 8/1

Renown cabaret singer Craig Pomranz will take the stage at Arthur Newman Theatre in The Joslyn Center on Sunday, August 1, 2010 as part of the Summer Cabaret Series featuring entertainment presented by producer and promoter Les Michaels.

Craig Pomranz is a regular cabaret staple in New York City clubs as well as the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago area. In fact his performance in Palm Desert will complete his tour, which will include The Gardenia in Los Angeles were he has two performances. This will be his second trip West this year due to the many requests from his fans. This show will feature many new songs for Mr. Pomranz but will also include some of his standards from the Great American Songbook as well as selections found on his CD's: "My Heart Don't Skip A Beat" and "More Than A Seasonal Thing". Joining Craig on the baby grand piano will be musical director Stephen Bocchino.

The Sunday August 1st matinee performance will begin at 2 PM with doors opening at 1 PM. Tickets will be on sale at the door for $10, cash only, or in advance at Brown Paper Tickets event #120773.
