Celebration Arts Theater Presents BECOMING BUTCH, Opens 5/4

By:

Celebration Theatre announces that Vincent James Arcuri, former columnist of Frontiers IN L.A. magazine, brings his fresh and uproarious stories to life in his critically-acclaimed, smash-hit, one-man stage show, Becoming Butch to Celebration Theatre, 7051B Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood.

With great humor and touching honesty, Becoming Butch chronicles the life of Arcuri from his childhood in the rough and rugged world of Queens, New York to his move to West Hollywood living amongst the queens. Along the way, he discovered his own beat, found his own voice and redefined what it truly means to become butch.

Arcuri's humorous personal essays have been published in Instinct and Frontiers IN L.A. magazines. Becoming Butch made its stage debut last March/April to sold out crowds in Los Angeles.
