Broadway's John Tartaglia Hosts A LITTLE NEW MUSIC 10 at Rockwell: Table & Stage Tonight

A LITTLE NEW MUSIC is proud to present a milestone 10th showcase of fresh and original musical theater material with special guest host, John Tartaglia, who brings his sparkling humor to this dynamic evening celebrating the next generation of musical theater artists.

Mr. Tartaglia received a Tony Award nomination, Theatre World Award, and Backstage Award for his Broadway debut in AVENUE Q. His additional Broadway credits include the role of Lumiere in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and Pinocchio in SHREK the Musical. On television, John is best known as "Johnny" from Disney's Emmy Award nominated series JOHNNY AND THE SPRITES, which he also created and produced.

For the past three years, ALNM has introduced an impressive array of over 125 songs by established and burgeoning composers alike performed by stars of the stage and screen including Tony Award winner Daisy Eagan (THE SECRET GARDEN), Shoshana Bean (WICKED), Eric Peterson (SHREK the musical), Barrett Foa (25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, "NCIS: LA"), Kevin Chamberlin (SEUSSICAL, Disney's "JESSIE"), Jeff Marx (AVENUE Q), Nicole Parker (WICKED, "MADtv"), Payson Lewis (NBC's "THE SING-OFF"), Matt Caplan (SPIDERMAN: TURN OFF THE DARK), and Michael A. Shepperd (LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS).

A LITTLE NEW MUSIC is the best hour of new and unheard musical theatre material in LA. Whether a premiere from an established writer or an undiscovered tune from a promising up-and-comer, the mission is to showcase talent with a program that keeps your finger on the pulse.
