Bob Dylan & Chicago Set for 2011 OC FAIR

Bob Dylan, who just released his latest album "Bob Dylan In Concert - Brandeis University 1963," a previously unknown live recording of one of his earliest performances, will kick off the Summer Concert Series at the Pacific Amphitheatre at the 2011 OC Fair on Friday, July 15, the opening day of the 2011 OC Fair.

Rock legend Chicago will take the stage on Thursday, July 28, as part of the Summer Concert Series at the Pacific Amphitheatre. As always, concert tickets include free Fair admission. These shows went on sale February 26.

Tickets for these events go on sale Saturday, February 26, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster or at the OC Fair & Event Center Box Office, which is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, online at ticketmaster.com or by phone (800) 745-3000.

The 2011 OC Fair, themed LET'S EAT!, is July 15 - August 14 and will bring 23 days of food, rides, exhibits, animals, music, action sports and fun, as well as the popular Season Pass, Pacific Amphitheatre Summer Concert Series, The Hangar and Action Sports Arena. The Fair is open Wednesday-Sunday. The OC Fair was ranked the eighth highest attended fair in the U.S. last year by Venues Today magazine.
