"The Last Truck: Closing of a GM Plant" tells the inside story of the last days of a General Motors assembly plant in Moraine, Ohio, as experienced by the people who worked the line. For six emotional, tumultuous months, the documentary follows the workers as they grapple with the loss of their identity, income and friends. Directed and produced by Steven Bognar and Julia Reichert, the film earned an Academy Award nomination for Documentary Short Subject.
