Matilda The Musical, directed by Allegra Libonati, features a book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, inspired by the work of Roald Dahl. Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence, and psychokinetic powers who finds belonging with her schoolteacher Miss Honey and librarian Mrs. Phelps while facing the wicked headmistress Miss Trunchbull. The cast is led by Charlotte Surak as Matilda Wormwood, Christopher Hudson Myers as Mr. Wormwood, Rachel MacIsaac Myers as Mrs. Wormwood, Keisha T. Fraser as Mrs. Phelps, Mary McNulty as Miss Honey, and Meghan Louise Taylor as Miss Trunchbull. The production features choreography by Eric Stretch and music direction by Josh Walker.
