TheatreSquared Presents Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, 9/3

TheatreSquared announced casting for Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, now in rehearsal and opening September 3.

The cast of THE 39 STEPS includes:

Avery Clark (Hannay) returns to TheatreSquared, where he previously appeared in Rabbit Hole. New York credits: Arcadia and Coronado (Invisible City); The Pillowman (APAC); Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead (Milk Can Theatre); The Scarecrow (Metropolitan Playhouse); and The Lion in Winter (SI Shakespeare). Regional credits: Hamlet and All's Well that Ends Well (Orlando Shakespeare Theatre); Journey's End (Alley Theatre); Romeo and Juliet, Cymbeline, and The Count of Monte Cristo (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). This fall he will play the title role in Arkansas Repertory Theatre's Hamlet. Television credits: Guiding Light (CBS). He holds a B.A. from the University of Arkansas.

Sabrina Veroczi (AnnabellaT2/Pamela/Margaret) makes her T2 debut. Off-Broadway credits: The Shanghai Gesture; Beast on the Moon; Getting Out; and Talley & Son. Regional credits: After Ashley (Actors Theatre of Louisville); A View From the Bridge (Alley Theatre, Pioneer Theatre); A Christmas Carol (Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park); Proof (Bristol Riverside Theatre); and The Rose Tattoo (Hangar Theatre). Television and Film credits: Attorney Lisa Ziff in Law & Order and Olivia in Inner Peace. She holds a B.A. from The New School (New York) and an A.A. from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

JASON GUY (Clown #1) makes his T2 debut. Off-Broadway, he starred in The Flea Theater's long-running Back of the Throat (directed by Jim Simpson) and worked with the Pearl Theatre Co., Theatre Lila, and Untitled Theatre Co. #61. Touring credits: the title role in Hamlet, Malvolio in Twelfth Night (The National Shakespeare Co.); Singin' in the Rain (Candlewood International); 42nd Street (Wolfgang Bocksch Concerts); and Annie (National Touring Musicals). He was an original member of the American Shakespeare Center's Resident Company, appearing as Brutus in Julius Caesar, Richard III, and The Taming of the Shrew. Regional credits : The Comedy of Errors (Hamptons Shakespeare Festival); A Midsummer Night's Dream (Stonington Opera House); and Macbeth (Shakespeare on the Hudson). Other credits: Noises Off (Tent Theatre), The Turn of the Screw (Tri-State Actors' Theatre), Marat/Sade (Cold Comfort Theatre) and Amadeus (Main St. Theatre).

KRISTOPHER STOKER (Clown #2) returns to T2, where he appeared in the World Premiere of Robert Ford's My Father's War. He returns to the Northwest Arkansas area after a two year stint as a resident ensemble actor and teaching artist with the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, where he performed such roles as Lord Goring in Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband and Cassio in Othello. A Missouri native, he has spent time in New York studying long form improvisation with The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Arkansas. He was recently brought on staff at TheatreSquared as Learning Programs Specialist and teaches at the University of Arkansas.
