Celebrated rock and roll singer, songwriter and guitarist Eddie Money will perform at The Orleans Showroom December 18 and 19, each evening at 8 p.m.

Money hit the music scene in 1977 with the debut album, Eddie Money, which went on to achieve double platinum status and generated two top 40 hits - "Baby Hold On" and "Two Tickets To Paradise." His sophomore album, 1978's Life for the Taking, spawned the top 40 hit "Maybe I'm a Fool."

Money followed up with albums throughout the 80s and into the early 90s with Playing for Keeps; No Control (generating his first No. 1 hit single "Think I'm in Love"); Where's the Party; Can't Hold Back (including the Grammy-nominated duet with Ronnie Spector "Take Me Home Tonight" and "I Wanna Go Back"); Nothin' to Lose (No. 1 hit "The Love in Your Eyes"); and Right Here (Top 10 hit "Heaven in the Back Seat").

Money's popularity and knack for producing hits paid off. His songs have been featured on the soundtracks for more than 20 films and television programs including "The Office," "Sideways," Grown Ups" and "The King of Queens, " as well as two "Grand Theft Auto" video games. Money has also appeared as himself on television shows, such as "Don't Forget the Lyrics!" and "The Drew Carey Show."

Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets are available starting from $29.95, plus tax and convenience fees, and can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 702.365.7075 or visiting www.orleanscasino.com. Save on convenience fees by purchasing the tickets in person at Coast Casinos.
