Jacob Young Comes to South Point Showroom, 9/20
Following his successful Las Vegas debut in March, Jacob Young will be in concert at Michael Gaughan's South Point Hotel Casino and Spa in the Main Showroom on Wednesday September 20 at 6:00 PM with a meet and greet following the show. Jacob will be joined on stage this time by Las Vegas singer Vanessa LeGrand. They will be performing recognizable country and rock favorites along with some of Jacob Young's original country music that he recently recorded in Nashville. Jacob and Vanessa are being compared to iconic Las Vegas duos like Donny and Marie Osmond, but in reverse.
Jacob is a little bit country, and Vanessa is a little bit rock and roll.
Emmy-Winning actor Jacob Young was nominated for a total of six Emmy Awards for his roles as Rick Forrester on "The Bold and The Beautiful," JR Chandler on "All My Children," and won the Emmy as Lucky Spencer on "General Hospital." Jacob is currently seen on CBS-TV on "The Bold and The Beautiful," which is the most watched soap opera in the world. Jacob made his Broadway debut as Lumiere in "Disney's Beauty and the Beast." With producing partner Mark Rozzano, he has also appeared on stage with "Dynasty's" Joan Collins as the musical opening act for her one-woman show in US casino showrooms, co-starred with Stefanie Powers in Agatha Christie's "The Unexpected Guest," and a Friars Club reading of "Popcorn," with Sharon Stone and Stacy Keach.
Jacob's co-star Vanessa LeGrand is quickly becoming one of Las Vegas' hottest stars with three simultaneous residencies at The Grandview Lounge in The South Point, Stoney's Rockin' Country, and The Freemont Street Experience. The South Point Showroom is being converted into a combination dance floor and classic Vegas table and booth seating for this upbeat evening of music with a full band. Tickets are only $5, $10, or $20 Premium Seating with a post-show meet and greet with Jacob Young and Vanessa LeGrand.
