The Barn Kids Grades 3-7 to Present Disney's SLEEPING BEAUTY This July

The Barn Kids, grades 3-7, will present and star in the second presentation of Disney classic "SLEEPING BEAUTY, KIDS", Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (July 15-16-17) at 7:30 p.m. at Kansas City's Barn Players, 6219 Martway in Mission. The play follows the second session of two Barn Kids summer theatre workshops, June 27th through July 14th, where the youngsters learn about theatre and stage presentations.

The play is pure entertainment for all members of the family and is filled with fun, music and excitement, with all parts played by the youngsters. The youthful cast includes: Aureilia Power, Anna Holloway, Greyson Imm, Claire Redick, Maria Berardi, Dylan Wilson, Grace Rood, Jacob Lewis, Riley Alderson, Juliet Parra, Isabelle Simmonds, Anna Berardo and Sophie Logan ... guards and animals include: Kiley Condon, Elizbeth Nordhus, Jexri Robertson and Matilida Robertson. The July workshop and play will be under the direction of Denise Trawicki.

Several student enrollment spots in the Barn Kids July theatre workshop June 27th through July 14th, are still available. For information go to the theatre website www.thebarnplayers.org --- enrollment fee is $300 per child.

The play's musical score includes "Hail to the Princess Aurora", "Briar Rose" and "Once Upon a Dream" all performed by the talented Barn Kids.

TICKETS are $5.00 per person and are available at the box office the date of the performance or on the theatre website www.thebarnplayers.org.
