Fall Classes Announced For the Carnegie Arts Center

The fall schedule is almost full, but there are still a few openings in the following classes.

Tot Art I
Ages: 2-3
Dates: (6) Tuesdays, November 3 - December 8
Time: 9:30 - 10:15 am

Tot Art II
Ages: 4-5
Dates: (6) Thursdays, November 5 - December 17 *No class November 26
Time: 9:30 - 10:15 am

Kinder Art
Ages: 5-6
Dates: (4) Tuesdays, November 3 - November 24
Time: 5:30 - 6:15 pm

Introduction to Theater
Ages: 10-13
Dates: (6) Saturdays, October 24 - December 5 *No class November 28
Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

There are also spaces available in some of the drawing and pottery classes for both children and adults, and in the adults' Ballroom Dance class. The Carnegie Arts Center is a private non-profit fine arts organization. Some Carnegie Arts Center programs are supported in part by the Kansas Arts Commission, the National Endowment for the Arts, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts, the United Way, and the Leavenworth Parks and Recreation Department. Anyone is eligible to participate in classes or events, or to become a member of the Carnegie Arts Center.
