Bryan Busby Joins RIGHT BETWEEN THE EARS 2/27

The forecast is for widely-scattered funny when Kansas City's KMBC-TV 9 chief meteorologist Bryan Busby puts on his comedy hat for the next live performance of Right Between the Ears at Liberty Hall in Lawrence - Saturday, February 27 at 8:00pm.
Making his third appearance on the nationally broadcast comedy show, Busby will star in another episode of "Sparky Blanson, Teenage Weather Guy", plus other sketches. The show will include the usual quota of topical take-offs, with spoofs of the Obama White House, Sarah Palin and the Winter Olympics (coverage of the Urban Biathlon and Alpine Downhill Ballroom Dancing). Also, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger joins the U.S. Census Bureau for a new action epic - "The Ennumerator"; Al Gore and a newly-green Osama bin Laden become roommates for "The New Odd Couple"; and the show unveils a new serial spoof, "Captain Hazard, Man of Action".Tickets range from $15.50 to $19.50 and are on sale now at the Liberty Hall box office and at the show's website, www.RightBetweentheEars.com. Right Between the Ears is a four-time winner of the Gold Medal as Best Comedy Show at the New York Festivals, and is broadcast every week on Laugh USA (Sirius Satellite Radio 105 and XM Satellite Radio 151). The show also airs Sundays at 7:00pm on the stations of Kansas Public Radio (KANU, Lawrence; KANH, Emporia; KANV, Junction City). Darrell Brogdon is the show's creator and producer.
