New to New York—or ready for work that gets you out into the city, meeting great families, and building experience quickly? Smart Sitting is hiring warm, reliable caregivers for our Corporate Backup Care team. You’ll provide care for children when their regular school or childcare plan is unavailable, working with a variety of families in neighborhoods across New York City. This is an especially great fit for people who have recently moved to the city, enjoy meeting new people, and want meaningful work without being tied to just one household. One day you might be helping a toddler build a block tower in Brooklyn; another, you could be making a school-age child’s unexpected day off feel fun and reassuring in Manhattan. What we offer: Starting pay of $20/hour as a W-2 employee

*Can commit to at least two full weekdays of availability
