This timeless tale comes to the EOT stage. A young woman, left in the care of her wicked stepmother and bumbling spinster stepsisters, dreams of a better life despite her current conditions. When an enchanted and mysterious woman helps her attain her dream of attending a royal ball, Cinderella is catapulted into a magical evening where she captures the Prince’s heart. However, as midnight approaches, she must leave it all behind before the spell vanishes and returning her to her former life. Will she find her happily ever after? This beautiful and sweeping score combines magic and whimsy as only Rodgers and Hammerstein can do it. This version, based on the televised film starring Brandi and Whitney Houston, features the songs “A Lovely Night,” “The Stepsisters Lament,” “Impossible,” “Ten Minutes Ago,” and the haunting “Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful.” This is a show perfect for the whole family! AUDITION ROLES: CINDERELLA:
(Leading Role, Female-presenting, 18-25) A charming young lady with the kindest heart in the kingdom. Sees the good in everyone despite her hardships and suffering from her Stepmother and stepsisters. Dreams of and is determined to find a better life for herself. Must sing very well.
Vocal range: B3 – D5 CHRISTOPHER:
(Leading Role, Male-presenting, 25-35) Beloved Prince of the Kingdom. Though handsome and young, this prince is also lonely and unfulfilled. He is charming of course, but also moral, genuine, and in search of something more. Must sing very well.

(Supporting Role, Female-presenting, 40-60) An extremely pragmatic, no-nonsense, original, and mysterious character, who helps fulfill Cinderella’s wish to go to the ball and change her destiny.
Vocal range: D4 – D5 STEPMOTHER:

Vocal range: D4 – D5 GRACE:
(Supporting Role, Female-presenting, 20-30) One of Cinderella’s stepsisters. An obnoxious, self-centered, goofy young woman with a fatuous laugh and, unfortunately, little signs of intelligence.
