The Henegar Center for the Arts is a non-profit Theatre boasting a 402 seat Mainstage and 80 seat Black Box. Located in Melbourne Florida near the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Henegar is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals from the theatre community to help us execute our exciting 31st season. Salary, hourly, season Interns and contract opportunities include:

• Full time Production Manager

• Stage Managers

• Season long Office and Assistant Stage Manager Interns

• Season long Technical Interns

• Scenic shop Carpenters and Builders

• Scenic Painters and Artists

• Experienced Light and Sound Board Operators

• Backstage Techs

• Vocal Directors

• Choreographers

• Costume/Wardrobe/Wig Designers



We will be hosting an all day job fair to fill various roles across our organization. Interested candidates must make an appointment for an available time slot. Email an advanced copy of your resume, references and when applicable, portfolio. If you currently live more than 75 miles from Melbourne Florida, you may submit and participate in an online virtual interview if you are unable to make it in person. Everyone will be required to arrive with masks and remain socially distant from others. Even if you have been contracted for the Henegar in the past, you will need to still submit your interest for consideration for next seasons productions.
