Little Radical Theatrics is thrilled to announce auditions for its Fall 2025 all ages community theater production of Footloose with performances Nov 21-23rd at the Doctor Phillips Center for the Performing Arts!



Directed by Travis Eaton, Musical Direction by Nishaa Johnson, Choreographed by Arius West, Stage Managed by Ashley Hankerson



Auditions Wednesday September 10th and Thursday September 11th by appointment 6:30-9 PM at 10771 International Dr Orlando Fl . To make an audition appointment please email littleradicaltheatrics@gmail.com with your headshot and resume and your preferred date and time. For the auditions please prepare 16 bars of a song in the style of the show (contemporary musical theatre or pop/rock)



Callbacks September 13th in the afternoon at 10771 International Dr



Performances Nov 21st-23rd at the Alexis and Jim Pugh Theater in the Doctor Phillips Center for the Performing Arts



Rehearsals will take place starting the week of September 15th at 10771 International Dr OR 10731 International Dr (directly next to each other) either Monday-Thurs OR Tues-Fri 6:30-10:30 PM (school aged children will be released early on weekdays). We WILL work around all previously stated conflicts INCLUDING haunt schedules (including HHN and Hallowscream)!!





ROLES AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGES 7-75+, ALL GENDERS AND ETHNICITIES!



Ren McCormack - A teenage boy from Chicago. Fun, quick-witted and loves to dance, out-going personality. Needs to be a strong actor, singer, and dancer. Any gender to PRESENT male. To PLAY age 17/18. Any ethnicity. Tenor



Ariel Moore- Rebellious daughter of Reverend Moore. Needs to be a strong actor, singer, and dancer. Female presenting. To PLAY age 17/18. Any ethnicity. Mezzo belter.



Reverend Shaw Moore - Powerful, church leader, stern and solemn. Strong singer and actor. Male presenting. To PLAY 30s-50s. Any ethnicity. Baritone



Vi Moore - CAST



Rusty - Ariel’s best friend, sweet, fun, know it all, strong belt, strong singer/mover. Female presenting. To PLAY late teens. Any ethnicity. Mezzo belt.



Willard - Farmer boy, country bumpkin, warm heart and big smile. Good comedic actor who sings and moves well. Male presenting. To PLAY late teens. Any ethnicity. Tenor.



Urleen - Ariel’s friend. Snarky and street smart. Strong singer and actor who moves well. Female presenting. To PLAY late teens. Any ethnicity. Mezzo belter.



Wendy Jo - Ariel’s friend. Sweet and shyer than the other three girls. Strong singer and actor who moves well. Female presenting. To

Ethel McCormack - Ren’s mom. had a tough go, just trying to make it through the relocation from Chicago…would do anything for her son. Strong singer and actor. Female presenting. To PLAY 30s-40s. Any ethnicity. Mezzo.



Chuck Cranston - The local bad boy and Ariel’s boyfriend. Rough, demanding and jealous. Strong singer and actor who moves well. Male presenting. To play 19/20. Any ethnicity. Tenor



Wes Warnicker - Ren’s uncle. Loyal to Reverend Moore. Conflicted with his loyalty and true to his family. Tough and authoritarian. Strong actor. Male presenting. To play 30s-50s. Any ethnicity.



Lulu Warnicker - Ren’s aunt. Outspoken. Listens to her husband. Town gossip. Strong actor. Female presenting. To PLAY 30s-50s. Any ethnicity.



Bickle, Garvin, Jeter - Willard’s friends. Country boys who are crass but good hearted and kind. ANY gender. Strong singers and actors who move well. To PLAY teens. Any ethnicity. Any vocal range.



Travis, Lyle - Chuck’s friends. Tough guys who back up whatever Chuck says. Male presenting. Strong singers and actors who move well. To PLAY teens. Any ethnicity. Any vocal range.



Betty Blast - the owner of the local burger joint. Fun and supports Ren. Good role for a strong comedic actor. Female presenting. To play 40s-60s. Any ethnicity.



Coach Roger Dunbar - High school football Coach. Loyal to Reverend Moore. Strong Actor. Male presenting. To play 40s. Any ethnicity.



Eleanore Dunbar - Coach’s wife. Loyal to Reverend Moore. Female Presenting. To play 30s/40s. Any ethnicity.



Cowboy Bob - Lead singer of the country kickers. Thinks he’s a real man. Strong singer and actor. Male Presenting. To play 20s-40s. Any ethnicity.



Principal Clark. High school principal. Strong actor. Any gender. To play 30s-50s. Any ethnicity.



High School Students - the teens of Bomont. Strong singers, actors and movers/dancers. To

Townspeople - the townspeople of Beaumont. Strong singers. All ages 7-75+. All genders All ethnicities.
