The Wick Theatre in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking an experienced Box Office Manager to lead our dynamic ticketing and patron services operation. This key position requires a skilled professional with a proven track record running a successful box office and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Highlights

Manage and oversee a busy box office operation with a team of three staff members.

Handle group sales, work closely with development, and interact with our valued patrons.

Maintain accurate ticketing operations, manage seating charts, and ensure smooth performance-night procedures.

Use your excellent computer skills to operate ticketing software, databases, and reporting tools.

Be a warm, welcoming representative of The Wick Theatre — our patrons love great service!

Work some evenings and weekends during show runs.

Qualifications

Previous experience running a box office for a theater, performing arts center, or similar venue.

Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with ticketing software (experience with Tessitura, OvationTix, or similar preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
