Listing Information:

This position reports to the Company Manager and will assist the Company Manager in all things Company Management related. Tasks to include, but are not limited to managing artist housing; administrative tasks such as making copies, collecting documents, and recording expenses; coordinating and meeting with contractors and vendors; driving guest artists to/from the airport, grocery store, etc.; and general errand running. This position is expected to live on-site at the artist housing and share on-call responsibilities with the Company Manager. This position will also serve as the health & safety coordinator. Duties to include, but are not limited to monitoring updates on COVID-19 safety and union requirements; collecting vaccination documentation; facilitating safety practices throughout all work environments; and acting as a point of contact for any safety concerns that may arise. Hours will range from early mornings to late evenings and will often include nights and weekends. This position will work with the Company Manager to create a schedule that is mutually beneficial knowing that there are dates/times that will require availability. This position will be required to follow any and all COVID-19 safety practices set by The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis including a brief quarantine and testing prior to start date and limited exposure to the public throughout the duration of the contract. It is crucial that they take COVID-19 Safety Practices very seriously as they will be interacting with guest artists regularly. Any experience implementing contract tracing and other similar protocols should be noted in application materials. This is not required, but will be strongly considered. Please also note any COVID-19 safety compliance training. Candidates may be asked to participate in training if not already certified. Salary: $32,000 + Housing
