The Jacksonville Symphony will pay tribute to the music of Satchmo on Friday, Sep 30 8:00p to 10:00p at Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, Jacksonville, FL.

The event is sponsored by Regency Centers together with Joannie & Russell Newton and Brooke & Hap Stein and will feature Byron Stripling, trumpet and vocals and Michael Krajewski, conductor

With the passion and swagger of Louis Armstrong himself, Byron Stripling headlines a fantastic evening of Jazz and Swing with phenomenal trumpet playing and vocals. Byron Stripling brings a unique passion and style to "Satchmo" classics such as "Sweet Georgia Brown," "Ain't Misbehavin'," "St. Louis Blues" and the uproarious "Minnie the Moocher."
