Milano Musica, in collaboration with the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, presents for the first time in Milan "the Embalmer" under the direction of the composer Giorgio Battistelli.
It is a playful Chamber monodrama, a monologue, but with a silent presence of other characters, including the imposing figure of Lenin's corpse. The theme of preservation of the body and the terror of its dissolution, as if to dissolve were ideas and thoughts, poses deep questions and reflections of philosophical character. A small ensemble from the color dark Russian, with large instrumental gestures, accompanies and explains the long monologue with an irony and sometimes with subtle humor
