SHREK to play Israel in August

"Shrek" the 2010 broadway musical is preparing for a debut in Israel this August.
The cast is headed by Dvir Bendek as Shrek and Dana Frieder as Princess Fiona. Also Featured in the cast are Yaacov Cohen as Donkey, Zion Baruch as Lord Farquaad and Tal Musseri as Pinocchio.
With music by Jeanine Tesori and book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, the Israeli "Shrek" is directed and choreographed by Oz Morag, with artistic direction of veteran large-scale musicals director, Moshe Captain.
