He will tap into his diverse experience with national and international business operations to assist with the rapid expansion of the BroadwayHD platform, which continues to build audiences and add new content to its portfolio. Kinney is the latest in a spate of recent hires to the BroadwayHD executive team as it continues to grow.

Kinney has over twenty-five years of diverse national and international business operations experience and brings perspective as a board member, chief revenue officer, senior vice president, and division president to BroadwayHD. Kinney has a proven track record of innovation in new products, process improvement, and expense reduction. He is a recognized leader setting the standard in creating positive work environments to optimize productivity, generate multi-million-dollar revenues, and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction. Prior to BroadwayHD Kinney worked for Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable) and Freeport Metrics, an international digital product development company that is focused on conception through post-launch support, incorporating a human-centered design approach, lean metric-driven business strategies, and a distinct project management methodology into all partnerships with clients.

Kinney joins the talented and highly experienced executive team at BroadwayHD, including Hal Berman, Wally Sedgewick and Anna Mallett. Berman is the Director of Business and Legal Affairs for BroadwayHD. He is a leading legal expert in the stage capture industry and specializes in the intersection of film, theater, and digital distribution law. Before BroadwayHD, Berman worked as a licensed customs broker at Birney Consulting LLC, a full-service audio-visual consulting company, where he consulted with multinational corporations on issues related to NAFTA and U.S. Export Administration Reform.

Sedgewick is the Director of Revenue at BroadwayHD. He is an expert in implementing data driven solutions with a focus on deepening customer relationships with technology. He works to tackle core business problems faced by a business to consumer company and focuses on creating valuable relationships with new and existing customers. Sedgewick has previously worked for IXI Corporation, a company that focuses on providing financial services and consumer marketing firms with insights, analytics, and advisory services to target their customers and grow their businesses. At IXI Corporation, Sedgewick was a key member of a team that increased annual revenue from banks by 30 percent.

Mallett is the Distribution Manager at BroadwayHD. She has over 20 years experience and has held business development and strategy positions in several vertical markets including, technology, finance, market research and entertainment. For the past seven years she has worked in the film and theater community, providing development and outreach planning for the arts, as well as, production and marketing. Mallett has previously worked for NPD Group and Nielsen.
