"In an old house in Paris that was covered with vines lived twelve little girls in two straight lines," begins the story of Madeline. This holiday season; Stage One will present their production of Madeline's Christmas, at the Ogle Center, Indiana University Southeast, New Albany. This adventure will be unlike any other when Madeline takes the stage for two weekends
Sunday, December 11, 2 & 5 p.m.; Saturday, December 17, 11 a.m. & 2 p.m.
While on their morning walk with Miss Clavel, the girls come down with the flu; that is all except for the feisty Madeline! As they take to their beds, they wonder if they will be able to go home for Christmas. However, a knock at the door on Christmas Eve brings a rug merchant with some very special, enchanted rugs for Madeline and the girls. Bring your family along on this magic carpet ride! With 2 separate casts, this musical features 24 young actors from the Louisville and southern Indiana area between the ages of 9 and 16, and it's sure to be a lot of fun!
While this show is recommended for ages 8 and up, it is appropriate for all ages.
