An evening of dance and music was celebrated in the capital on August 11. The aim of the cultural evening was to remember and pay respect to the brave martyrs of the country.

Paying regards to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives while serving the nation the cultural extravaganza was the initiative of Arts Vintaage (a project by NGO Sparsh) hosted in collaboration with the famous Naad Foundation.

To mark India's 71st Independence Day, the event also served as an opportunity for the young kids and participated to showcase their talent. The kids managed to keep the gathering enthralled with their exceptional performance. The event also saw some esteemed speakers who stressed on the importance of inculcating patriotic values in children from early on.

The event was also powerful in terms of making the younger generation aware of the huge role our soldiers play each day to guarantee our safe living.
