A show titled Strings Inspire Strokes will be held in the capital featuring world renowned sitar maestro Ustad Shujaat Khan and child prodigy Aarav Verma.

Aarav, a student of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon makes exceptional artwork. The show will be a 90-minute extravaganza incorporating a recital of sitar along with art work by 10-year-old Aarav Verma. The stringing of sitar will merge with the vibrant strokes of paint brush and the two artists will synchronize their moves.

Ustad Shujaat Khan one of the best known Indian classical musicians from north India and belongs to the Imdad Khan gharana of the sitar and his style of playing sitar is known as the gayaki ang.

Child prodigy Aarav has been showing his artwork since 2014 in India and abroad and has also participated in solo exhibitions.
