The Christians centers on Pastor Paul, who started his church in a modest storefront. Now, he presides over a congregation of thousands. On the anniversary of the church's founding, Paul is about to preach a sermon that will shake the foundation of his congregation's beliefs. What happens to the flock when the shepherd has a change of heart? "[The Christians] is that rare play about religion that both believers and nonbelievers can embrace," says the Los Angeles Times.

The cast will be comprised of five actors and a 25-person choir. The church affiliation in the production is non-denominational.
