By:

Join Main Street Theater for an Old Fashioned Christmas Party in connection with its production of A Little House Christmas. On Saturday, December 1 at 11:45am, we will be making pretzel log cabins, paper dolls, bobbing for apples, playing musical chairs and enjoying lots more pioneer fun! Meet Laura, Mary, Ma, Pa, and Nellie. Enjoy lemonade and pioneer snacks!

Tickets are $15.00 per person (does not include admission to the play). At MST – Chelsea Market, 4617 Montrose Blvd. Tickets are on sale by phone at 713.524.6706 or online at mainstreettheater.com.

Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Little House books are cherished for their depiction of the joys and struggles of a family settling the American Prairie. In A Little House Christmas, the Ingalls family awakens on Christmas Day to find themselves stranded by bad weather, and it seems all is lost for any hope of Santa’s arrival! Join Mary and Laura in this holiday classic as they learn the true meaning of friendship and the Christmas spirit. Recommended for Pre-Kindergarten and up. No children under 3 allowed in the theater (including sleeping babies).

Performances will be Saturdays, November 10 – December 22 at 1pm and 4pm, and Friday, November 23 at 11:30am at Main Street Theater–Chelsea Market, 4617 Montrose Boulevard in the Museum District. Ticket prices for public performances are $12 - $16. Tickets are on sale by phone at 713.524.6706 or online at mainstreettheater.com. Group rates are available. Special performances and rates are available for school matinees. Call 713.524.9196 ext 101 or visit the website.
