The residents of Hamlintown have an ineffective mayor and to their horror, rats have overrun the town! Is the celebrated and mysterious Piper able to play these unwanted guests out of town? Written by Company OnStage co-founder, Hank McNally, this production premiered at St. John's United Presbyterian Church on January 10, 1981.
