Equity Production Stage Manager for THEATRE OF THE MIND.
The Denver Center Theatre Company is seeking an experienced Equity Production Stage Manager to helm the high-profile, immersive experience, THEATRE OF THE MIND. As the leader of the stage management team, the Production Stage Manager collaborates with all artistic staff, performers and production personnel in the creation and maintenance of the experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong leader to a large group of stage managers and cast
- Maintain an atmosphere of empathy, compassion, and inclusiveness in leadership
- Manage the cast backstage and anticipate their needs for a safe performance
- Adhere and apply all Equity rules and company policies
- Create and maintain schedules, show flows, presets and running lists for all departments
- Collaborate with production department heads
- Manage the backstage crew
- Run the show flow from a control center to keep the audience flowing on schedule
- Create rehearsal reports, show reports and other reporting documents as required
- Manage 3 stage managers and 7 apprentices
- Other stage management duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of current Equity rules & practices
- Minimum 5 years PSM or SM experience or equivalent in large theatrical setting
- Immersive theatre experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Even tempered with the ability to anticipate and adapt to constantly changing situations
