[PETER PARKER] Male, late teens-early 20’s, GREAT ROCK VOICE, can be nerdy with understated sex appeal, good sense of humor. PRINCIPAL

[MARY JANE] Female, late teens-early 20’s, beautiful girl next door, STRONG SINGING VOICE. PRINCIPAL

[ARACHNE] Female, 25-35 years old, all ethnicities, ROCK VOICE, think Sinead O’Connor with a Middle Eastern /Bulgarian/Greek/ twist. World music background and foreign accents acceptable. PRINCIPAL

[NORMAN OSBORN/GREEN GOBLIN] Male, 40s to 50’s. Osborn: an inspiring, charismatic scientist. Goblin: an amoral, terrifying mutant, with a cutting, mocking streak of humor. STRONG comic chops and strong character singing voice with range. PRINCIPAL

[J.JONAH JAMESON] Male, 50’s: Cigar-chomping, tyrannical publisher of the Daily Bugle. Need STRONG comic chops. PRINCIPAL

[UNCLE BEN] Male, Caucasian, late 40s-50s. Peter’s uncle who raised him with his Aunt May. Will also cover the principal role of J. JONAH JAMESON. Must have strong comic chops and sing well. FEATURED ENSEMBLE

FLASH] Male, any ethnicity, to play late teens. Mary Jane’s boyfriend and ringleader of the bullies who pick on Peter Parker. Must have comic chops and a STRONG pop/rock singing voice. ENSEMBLE

[TEACHER/AUNT MAY] Female, Caucasian, late 40s-50s. To play Peter’s school teacher and Aunt May who helps raise Peter with his Uncle Ben. Must sing well.

[EMILY] Female, any ethnicity, late 20s – late 30s. Norman Osborn’s wife. Dry humor. Must sing well. ENSEMBLE

[3 BULLIES] Males, any ethnicity, to play late teens. Must have comic chops and STRONG pop/rock singing voices. ENSEMBLE
