Lunch from 1 – 2:30. Orlando, FL

Prepare the brief song of their choice that shows range and a brief contemporary monologue of their choice. Bring sheet music with the cuts clearly marked—an accompanist will be provided. All should bring an updated photo & resume to the audition.

A celebration of music from the 50s and 60s. Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller bring together all their hits that helped change the face of the American music scene. Featuring such witty, bluesy songs as “Kansas City,” “Yakety Yak,” “On Broadway,” “Jailhouse Rock,” “Stand by Me,” along with stellar dance numbers and hilarious routines.

African American man, 20s-40s. Comic bad boy. First tenor. “I (Who Have Nothing)”, “Searchin’”, “Treat Me Nice”.

Caucasian man, 20s-40s. Sexy and suave. Second tenor. “Jailhouse Rock”, “Kansas City”, “Ruby Baby”.

Caucasian woman, 20s – early 30s. Innocent, but with a wild streak. The Shimmy Girl. (Big) belt, and mix. “Falling”, “Trouble”, “I’m A Woman”.
