Seeking:
BOB PHILLIPS
(30s), an office Romeo fond of the drink and tormenting his wife
TERESA PHILLIPS
(early 30s), Bob's intense, stressed and absent-minded wife
WILLIAM DETWEILER
(30s), an eager to please and rather boring little accountant
MARY DETWEILER
(early 30s), William's very shy and ill-at-ease wife.
HOW THE OTHER HALF LOVES is Ayckbourn's only play adapted for the American stage, so no British accents are needed.
